The draw often changes, as fields and other circumstances dictate. If a draws convenor changes a
fixture in SKED, and you have already notified referees that you have appointed them to that
fixture, the following actions will occur automatically:
- The acceptance status of the referee changes to Pending
- A new notification is sent to the referee that states the fixture has been changed, please
accept/decline this fixture. - A notification is sent to the referee appointments officer to state that the fixture has been changed, and that the referees are required to resubmit their acceptance. This notification will include the impacted referee names.
If the fixture status changes (E.g. game is changed to defaulted, postponed or cancelled) or a major
regeneration of the draw occurs by the Draws convenor, the following actions will occur
automatically:
- The referee appointments you have made against that fixture will be removed, and the
referees will become available for reassignment to the same or a different fixture. - A new notification is sent to the referee that states that the status of the fixture has changed
and the fixture will be re-appointed as necessary. - A notification is sent to the referee appointments officer to state that the status of the fixture has been changed. This notification will include the impacted referee names so that these referees can be reassigned accordingly.
