Changing the time, date, or venue of a fixture in SKED ensures that everyone stays up to date and appointments run smoothly. SKED automatically keeps your appointed officials and appointments officers informed whenever fixture details change.

What Happens When a Fixture Changes
If you update a fixture’s time, date, or venue in SKED, any appointed officials who have already accepted will:
- Keep their ‘Accepted’ status in AppointMe.
- Automatically receive an email with the new fixture details.
Officials do not need to accept the fixture again. If an official cannot attend the updated fixture, they should let their appointments officer know.
What Officials Receive
When fixture details are changed, officials receive an email outlining the updated fixture information and to confirm that no further action is required if the official is available for the updated fixture. If the new fixture details no longer work for the official, they are asked to contact their appointments officer.
What Appointments Officers Need To Know
Appointments officers are notified when a fixture they have assigned officials to is changed. Officials keep their accepted status and will contact you directly if they are unavailable for the updated fixture.
Fixture Status Changes
If a fixture’s status changes to defaulted, postponed, or cancelled, or if the draw is removed and regenerated by the draws convenor:
- Appointed officials are unassigned from that fixture and become available for reassignment.
- Both officials and appointments officers receive notification emails about the change.
- Notifications to the appointments officer include the names of impacted officials for easy reassignment if needed.
