The draw often changes, as fields and other circumstances dictate. If the fixture details change, click
the Pencil or Rubbish Bin to edit or delete the fixture.
If you change a fixture, and you have already notified officials that you have appointed them to
that fixture, the following actions will occur automatically:
1. If time, date, venue was edited:
a. The status of the officials will be set to Pending
b. A new notification will be sent to the official that states the fixture has been
changed, please accept/decline this fixture.
2. If status is edited (e.g. the game is changed to defaulted, postponed or cancelled):
a. The officials appointments you have made against that fixture will be removed, and
the officials will become available for reassignment to the same or a different
fixture.
b. A new notification is sent to the official that states that the status of the fixture has
changed and the fixture will be re-appointed as necessary.
3. If fixture is deleted:
a. The officials appointments you have made against that fixture will be removed, and
the officials will become available for reassignment to the same or a different
fixture.
b. A new notification is sent to the official that states that the status of the fixture has
changed and the fixture will be re-appointed as necessary.
4. If you edit the fixture (E.g. change grade, section, team names or level):
a. No action will be taken, except that these details will be updated when viewing the
fixture as the official and the Appointments Officer.
