As a team administrator, you have access to view the contact details of your players from within TeamBuilder. You can also email your team members directly from your team view.
This is especially helpful if you have manually added players to your team, but you do not have all the relevant information to complete their registration form. When this happens, a red exclamation mark will appear beside the player’s name indicates that one or more mandatory fields on the underlying form that are incomplete for the player. These are fields on the underlying registration form and therefore may not be obvious from the team view.
To allow the players to complete the additional fields, click the email envelope icon beside the Role button or individually by clicking the email envelope beside each player’s name.
This opens a modal which lets you modify a template email, to create a personalised email to the player/s requesting for them to update their details. The player simply clicks on the link in the email, and it opens their details for them to complete any additional fields.
When the player registration is completed, the red exclamation mark will change to a tick.
