There is the ability to filter in SuperCRM on the status of a persons registration from one season to the next. There are 3 options,
- New - was not registered previously
- Returning - was registered on the previous seasons registration form and has re-registered
- Not yet re-registered - was registered on the previous seasons registration form and not yet re-registered
Once the filtered group is created you can then click Contact.
To create the filter
Select the following options:
Select the Re-Registration option
Save Filter and Apply.
Once the filter has been applied it will display the filtered responses. You can then click Contact to communicate with the filtered group.
