Our developers monitor and review “Application not responding” and App crashes through our diagnostic tools on a regular basis. We identify and resolve any trends or patterns that are visible to us.
Sometimes your crash data might not be available to us. In order to provide a more timely response to any problems you might experience with the App, it is very helpful if you can log directly with us any issues you have experienced with the App. To do so, please complete this form.
If you are not currently sharing Diagnostic data through the App, and we are unable to replicate or reproduce a bug you report to us, we may require additional logs to understand the problem. We will provide you with instructions on how to generate these if needed.
