One of the question fields available for web input forms is the Address field.
When a person starts to type an address into the Address field, Sporty will automatically display a dropdown list of matching addresses so that people can select their address from the list. This helps ensure that the address is correctly spelled with the right capitalisation and postcode.
Once a person selects their address from the list, it will automatically be separated into its components of Street Address, Suburb, Town/City and Postcode.
If the person completing the form wishes to alter an address that has been auto-filled, they can manually edit any of these component fields.
If the address does not automatically appear in the list, the person is able to manually enter it into the form instead.
Note: If a person is editing an existing record (for example, having followed a 'Magic Link' to re-register) and the address already exists but is not separated into its component fields, then the person can correct this by simply replacing the address as described above.
