I am both a referee and an Appointments Officer. How do I see my fixtures?
Click on the My Games option from within the Referee Appointment screen. This only appears if
you are both a referee and an appointments officer.
How can I assign a referee from another union to one of my fixtures?
This should be discussed with the Referee's home union prior to assignment. Once agreed, you can
simply type their name into the Assignment Modal.
What notifications do my referees receive?
- Upon registering as a referee, they are provided access to set their availability.
- Notification of appointment to fixture, as generated manually by Appointments Officer.
- If an appointment is accepted, it will trigger an email to any other referees who have already
accepted appointment to that fixture. - If an appointment is declined, it will trigger an email to the Appointments Officer.
- If a fixture has changed in SKED (or a manually created fixture is changed), and there are
already notified referees, a new notification will be sent to the referee that states the fixture
has been changed, please accept/decline this fixture. - If a fixture has changed due to a change in fixture status (E.g. set to defaulted, postponed,
cancelled) and there are already notified referees, a new notification will be sent to the referee that states that the status of the fixture has changed and the fixture will be re-appointed as necessary. - If a fixture is regenerated in SKED, and there are already notified referees, a new notification
will be sent to the referee that states the status of the fixture has changed and the fixture
will be re-appointed as necessary. - If an Appointments Officer deletes an appointment after a referee has already been notified (or declines an appointment on behalf of the referee), then the system will email the referee
to notify them.
