If you have connected Xero to Sporty, an invoice may have been created at the point of registration.
The status of the invoice in Xero will determine the action that can be taken against the invoice when you delete a registration in Sporty.
- If a invoice raised against a registration is listed as DRAFT, when the registration is deleted in Sporty, the invoice will also be deleted in Xero.
- If a invoice raised against a registration is listed as AUTHORISED or PAID, it cannot be deleted. If you attempt to delete a registration in Sporty with an invoice attached with this status, a message will be displayed advising the registration could not be deleted so instead, the status of the registration in Sporty is set to INACTIVE.
