Getting started
1. Open your rugby profile here - MyRugby Profile
2. Enter your email address and press Send email. This will send you an email with a 'magic link' you can click to be logged in automatically.
3. Find the email you were sent and click the 'magic link' Login button. This will automatically open and log you into your MyRugby Profile.
4. If you have multiple profiles setup with the same email address, you will be taken to a profile selection screen where you can choose the profile you would like to log in as.
You can now start using your MyRugby Profile.
Profile
The profile tab displays your picture, date of birth, and other personal or contact information.
You can update your profile picture by clicking on the Edit icon in the top left corner of your current picture.
You can update any of the other details on this page by pressing on the Edit icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. You can rotate your picture by clicking on the Rotate icon next to the Edit icon.
You can then press the Save icon to update the details or the Close icon to undo any changes.
Registrations
The Registrations tab displays all of your submitted registration forms. Each form can be expanded by pressing on it to see more details.
You can also edit a form by pressing to expand it and then clicking the Edit button in the bottom right corner of the form details. This will open the form so that any non-restricted fields can be updated before resubmitting the form.
Restricted fields include: First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth. If a Provincial Union Weighmaster has locked your weight and photo field during weigh in days, these will also become restricted fields.
If you need any of these restricted fields to be updated, please contact your Provincial Union or submit this request for NZR to update for you.
You can register for the season by clicking + Add New Registration. A new window will ask you to to select the Registration Type, Provincial Union and Club.
Press on + Add after selecting these to open the registration form.
After filling out and submitting a new registration form, you will be returned to your MyRugby Profile. The new form will be added to the Registrations tab and your club or school will be able to view and approve your registration.
Relationships
The Relationships tab displays your Parent/Guardian and Next of Kin information if you have previously filled out a form with these details.
You can also update the details from here by pressing on the Edit button in the bottom right corner.
You can press the Save icon to update details or the Close icon to undo any changes.
Fixtures
The Fixtures tab displays your past, present, and future fixtures.
The colour of a fixture represents it's status:
- Green: A played fixture that has a confirmed score or result (including a win/loss by default)
- Black: A future fixture
- Blue: A live fixture
- Red: A played fixture that has a contested score, a cancelled fixture, a postponed fixture, or a fixture with no result.
You can tap the fixture to view more details about the fixture.
The Match Centre has a tab to show the Details, Lineup, Timeline, and Standings. You can swipe across the tab names to show them if any are cut off or missing.
Details: This tab shows the Final Score (if played), Date, Time, Location, Organisation, Competition, Officials and Team Names.
Lineup: This tab shows the lineup of players for each team and their jersey number.
Timeline: This tab shows a list of the game events in the order that they happened. This includes a Try, Conversion, Penalty, Drop Goal, Penalty Try, Yellow Card, Red Card, or Blue Card.
Standings: This tab shows the ladder for the competition, comparing and displaying total points, wins and losses between teams in the competition.
Statistics
The Statistics tab is broken down into three further tabs of Career, Season, and Competition. Each of these give an overview of your stats over your time playing.
Career: This tab shows a full overview of all of your years played, games played, total tries, and total points. There will also be a card for each season you have been playing. Clicking on a card for a certain year will take you to the Season tab details for that year.
Season: This tab shows an overview of your stats for each competition that you participated in during that season. It shows the name of the competition, and the details of the Club/School and team you played for. There is also a table of your stats for the season that include these stats: Try, Conversion, penalty, Penalty Try, Drop Goal, Red Card, Yellow Card, Blue Card, and Total Points.
Competition: This tab shows the details for each fixture that you played for a specific competition. Fixture details are shown in cards that can be expanded by pressing on them. A 'closed' card will show the date and result of a fixture. An expanded card will open to show the name and organisation of the teams with the points next to each team as well as your statistics for that specific game.
Education
The Statistics tab shows any eLearning that you have started or completed.
If you have any eLearning that is in progress then there will be a button here to access the course you are working through.
Appointments
The Appointments tab shows people that have registered as referee's all Accepted, Pending, or Declined appointments.
The Accepted appointments will always be shown by default. You can change the filter to see Pending or Declined appointments by pressing on the 'Status' dropdown menu in the top left corner of the tab and then selecting the status to view.
To accept or decline an Appointment or set your availability, please access AppointMe.
Didn't receive an email?
If you didn't receive an email when trying to access your MyRugby Account, please check the steps below:
Do you have a MyRugby Profile?
This will automatically be created for you when you register with Rugby or if you have recently registered for rugby.
Click here to find a club to register to.
If you have registered for Rugby before but didn't receive an email to access your MyRugby Profile
a) Check your Junk/Spam mail folder.
b) Check with your club or school to confirm the email address that is associated with your MyRugby record.
c) You may have previously reported an email from us as Spam or Junk. This would result in our email service blocking the attempt to send you an email. Please complete this form to get our support team to look into this for you.
