The eNewsletter displays a list of your latest news articles to keep your viewers up to date. It is also a great way to keep visitors coming back to your site.

When you choose your recipients to send your eNewsletter to, you have the choice of sending it to:
- The site admins (as an internal eNewsletter) for your main site or your sub sites
- Subscribers to Notices for your main site or your sub sites
- Registrants from your online registration databases - this is useful as you can set up a form to collect eNewsletter subscribers and use this as the recipient list
- A Custom List of your own recipients - you can copy and paste email addresses into this field manually
If you select a form as your recipient list and you have registrants on that form who have been set to either Moved or No Email, they will not receive your eNewletter:
