On completion of a MSNZ Competition Licence or MSNZ Official Registration the applicant will be told if they require an examination. They will need to contact a licence examiner to arrange an exam to be sat.
This form will be completed by MSNZ approved examiners to record exam and course results. This form is also used to record driving course results by driving instructors. They will be sent a link by MSNZ to access the form.
Completing the Form
The examiner will need to type in the person's first name, last name and date of birth. This needs to be identical to their profile and application otherwise it will not be matched.
Fill in the examination type based on the type of licence. This can be either: Competition Licence, Official Licence or Driving School.
- For a Competition Licence - select the Grade either 'M Grade' for ClubSport, 'R Grade' for Rally, 'C Grade' for Race or an International licence exam.
- For Officials - select the Course they have completed.
Upload any documentation and complete any other fields then select the exam results either pass or fail.
For competition licences, this will automatically update the pending MSNZ Competition Licence.
