View a vehicle's history by clicking the Vehicle History button on the menu. Vehicle history is visible for all owned or linked vehicles from your Licences tab, or to an Official viewing a vehicle record.
All inspections and issues completed on the vehicle are displayed. This screen shows the date, the inspection or form completed in the app, and the pass/fail status.
To view the read-only version of a form, click any of the entries displayed.
Pass/Fail Status
Each inspection type uses a different field to determine its pass/fail status:
- Post Session Technical Inspection - the result of the Compliant field.
- Log an Issue - the result of the Reinspection Compliant field. Any outstanding issue displays a blank status in vehicle history and a yellow traffic light.
- Technical Inspection Form - the result of the Inspection Compliant field.
- Vehicle Safety Audit - if all inspection points pass, the audit displays as passed; if any inspection point fails, it displays as failed.
- Authority Card Inspection - the result of the Overall Result field.
- Certificate of Description Audit - the result of the Overall Result field.
- Safety Structure Inspection - the result of the Overall Result field.
